About Me

Hi, I’m Taylor. I’m passionate about business, leadership, and community. Whether I’m running the midfield in lacrosse, organizing sponsorships for Dance Marathon, or developing a marketing strategy for Purina with a WashU professor, I love taking on challenges and collaborating with others. I’m proud of my achievements in academics, athletics, and service — and I’m excited to bring the same energy and dedication to my college experience.

Dance Marathon

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. For four years, I’ve helped lead our school’s Dance Marathon, raising money for children’s hospitals. As Head of Sponsorship junior year, I partnered with local businesses to bring in $5,000. Now, as one of two senior Directors, I’m aiming for our biggest year yet — a $60,000 goal to set a new school record.
Honeycomb

As Head of Recruitment for this Jewish youth philanthropy group, I helped membership grow by 350%. I’ve worked to inspire peers, plan fundraisers, and support causes that matter in our community.
Lacrosse

From JV swing player to varsity midfielder and team leader, lacrosse has shaped my high school journey. I’ve earned Honorable Mention (10th grade), 1st Team All-Conference (12th grade), MVP for midfield, and led the team with 30 goals my junior year. I also manage the team’s social media presence, helping keep our fans connected.
DECA

I’ve loved exploring business through DECA — from early competitions to teaming up with Sylvie Dees on a marketing plan that boosted event attendance and social media engagement.
Purina Marketing Project

I collaborated with Professor Michael Wall at Washington University to develop a fresh business plan for Purina, focusing on how to market effectively to Gen Z consumers.
Speech and Debate

Competing in DUO, Storytelling, Radio, and Extemporaneous Speaking has sharpened my public speaking skills. As Interpretation Captain for two years, I guided teammates to success and earned my own awards, including 1st place, two 3rd places, and a 4th place finish.
Spanish Immersion in Barcelona

I spent a summer living with native speakers in Spain, fully immersed in the language and culture. The experience transformed my Spanish skills and gave me a deeper appreciation for global perspectives.
Clementines Ice Cream

For the past year and a half, I’ve worked 10 hours a week at Clementines, balancing school with hands-on experience in customer service and small business operations.Description goes here
